Il Cinquanta - Molle is a 14 cm thick, 200 cm long continuous coil sofa bed mattress available as a single, double, king and super king size in a choice of widths. The standard spring unit is made of numerous steel coils interlinked by helical wires. The connection causes them to bend in groups when compressed by a body, responding evenly to weight and offering a firm support. To make the sleeping surface softer, both sides of the mattress sport a polyurethane foam comfort layer.
It fits the Lampolet's Il Cinquanta mechanism for electric chair beds and sofa beds.
