Lusso Box HD is a firm mattress with Bonnel springs and a removable Tencel® cover, available in a single, small double, double, king size or super king size model, all of which are available in a range of different sizes. This mattress is suited to those who like to rest on a firm and supportive surface and is characterised by the “box” system which stiffens the sides of the mattress for greater comfort when getting out of bed or sitting on the edge of the bed.
The internal structure is made up of the well-known Bonnel biconical spring system, in which the steel spirals are interconnected in such a way as to work evenly and ensure solidity, strength and firmness. The layer of springs is then placed between two 2cm slabs of polyurethane foam and wrapped in hypoallergenic padding.
The mattress is available with a removable cover made from Tencel®, a soft, smooth and shiny fibre produced by cellulose. Some of the principal features of Tencel® are its excellent resistance, good breathability and moisture absorption.

Internal structure: Ø 2 mm HD Bonnel springs in hardened steel; felt layer is 1400 g/m² and 20 mm thick, for each part there is a h.20mm layer of polyurethane foam, jersey 70% CO - 30% PL. Edges in polyurethane foam.
Padding: 100% PL hypoallergenic fibres.
Cover: elasticated fabric 60% PL and 40% Tencel®, quilted with 100% PL hypoallergenic wadding and 100% PL fabric. Machine washable up to 60°.
